In the collaborative and social noticeboard I find a lot of good ideas and reflections. One of my favorites is this from Inma:
"I'd like to improve several aspects of my teching, for instance I teach maths in a bilingual section and despite of the fact that I speak always in English, my students never do, they speak Spanish. Another thing I'd like to change is to be more patient because sometimes I don't give them enough time to work as their own rhythm maybe beause I think they are wasting their time"
I have had the same situation.
